BCV wanted to integrate new account management functionalities on their e-banking portal and implement a new login process for the mobile application. They asked us to help them validate and optimise the customer experience. For this project we collaborated with the web agency in charge of the graphic design and development.
After having performed several UX audits and optimisations on the mock-ups provided by the web agency, we conducted 4 rounds of user testing with semi-functional prototypes.
The tests allowed us to make major modifications in order to improve the understanding, guidance and confidence of the users.
